How do I make a store user account?
If you are a new customer to The St. James shop, please create a store account by clicking Register in the upper right-hand corner. Complete all fields of information and select Create Account.
How do I reset my password?
If you are a returning customer, click on the Login button in the upper right-hand portion of the store and click Forgot My Password. You will be asked to enter the email on file for your account. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent. If you do not receive your reset email within 10 minutes, please check your spam filter.
Payment
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We are currently accepting credit card payments through VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all these items are produced on demand, every item has a different production timeline with most delivering in 10-15 business days. Please see individual product pages for estimated delivery times for each product. *Note that orders placed from Mid-October to the end of December may take a little longer as that's our busy holiday season.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
What if I do not receive my order confirmation?
Order confirmations may take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your email. Please check your spam filter to ensure your confirmation did not end up sorted there. You may also log in to your store account and double-check your shopping cart to ensure there are no remaining items left. If you experience any further issues, or concerns, or cannot locate your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@getbrandcloud.com.
How do I check my order history?
You may check your order history by logging into the store and clicking on your name in the right-hand corner of the store. Your account dashboard will be displayed with a link to your order history.
Exchange & Returns
What is your return/refund policy?
The St. James on-demand store offers a return/exchange policy only for defective items. Since these items are all produced on demand, we don't accept returns for non-defective items.
How do I exchange an item?
We stand behind the quality of our products. Since these items are all produced on demand, we can only off replacements for defective products within 10 days of receipt.
Products/Ordering
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
We cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please double-check your shopping cart to ensure all items are included and correct before submitting them. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact hello@getbrandcloud.com.
Are quantity discounts available?
Quantity discounts are available on the majority of items. You can fill out the bulk order team form to get a custom bulk order quote.
How do I place a custom order?
Click the Bulk Team Order Request link in the footer of the website to submit a custom order request.
